Sandra dove into her studies in communications with the intention of making the unseen seen, the unheard heard and the unknown known. She then crafted a successful online magazine based on stories and opened her own office. What followed was a nuance style of Employer Branding and Organizational Development that does just that. What often begins for a company, as a longing for a polished image, usually ends up being a journey of reflection, expansion, and improvements.
Sandra has the capabilities to mine the golden nuggets that are hidden just under the surface. The nature of her work, whether it be as a consultant or Systemic Organizational Developer, requires a complex variety of skills which allow fixed situations to open up. All the while, Sandra holds space and supports the inevitable change process as it flows. “Companies may have an awareness that an outside perspective is necessary, but aren’t sure exactly why. If we are in a system, we are all part of patterns, and sometimes we are not able to see the patterns we are in.”
Through nonjudgemental, neutral and awareness based listening she is able to create connections and then gather data. “It's always important to find a strong connection first. If the connection is there, this is the foundation. Then it’s just a matter of education, facts and added instruments”. Both qualitative and quantitative information is gathered, then analyzed utilizing the most up to date AI resources available.
“The essence of the company reveals itself when we look to the people. I examine three different levels, the individual, the team and organization. I look at the connections between people. Just as important, does the structure empower efficiency?” Sandra has the expertise to find out and follow through with strategy and results.
"The essence of an organization is revealed when we look at the connection between people."
