Torsten Kauerauf

Torsten has a sound business management background. He is the calming influence in our team and a task management expert. This is particularly important in his role as project manager. On the one hand, it is important to proceed according to plan and, on the other hand, to deal with stressful situations, bottlenecks, support cases or errors.

In his day-to-day work, Torsten supports our customers in the areas of employee surveys, management feedback and information security / data protection. To do this, he combines know-how and skills from project management, software development, information security and data protection. As an information security officer, he is also responsible for our own ISMS (information security management system) - a constant source of learning for us.
