Tammos motivation
Tammo Wende supports organizations in developing and implementing LGBTIQ* friendly policies and programs through targeted consulting services. He provides training and workshops to raise awareness of LGBTIQ+ issues and reduce discrimination in the workplace. He also advises managers and HR departments on how to develop and implement effective strategies to promote diversity and inclusion. His commitment and work helps companies become more diverse, inclusive and ultimately more successful.
With extensive expertise from many years of consulting work and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by LGBTIQ* people in the workplace, he works to create inclusive work environments where queer employees can feel accepted and respected.
