Systemic Organizational Developer to be
As a project manager and connector, Lara ensures that ideas, people, and processes work together harmoniously. She keeps track of the big picture when many threads come together and translates complexity into clear structures, decisions, and next steps.
Her master's degree in International Management, Marketing & Entrepreneurship (M.Sc.) and her research on global virtual teams have shaped her view of the dynamics of modern collaboration. She thinks internationally, systemically, and analytically. Lara likes numbers, enjoys working with data, and uses it as a basis for informed decisions. At the same time, she is interested in what cannot be measured but has an impact: communication, trust, and what happens between the lines.
Her professional career has taken her through very different contexts, from creative agencies and upscale gastronomy to software companies and administration in non-profit childcare. This diversity has shown her how differently organizations tick and how crucial clear processes, reliable communication, and sustainable relationships are for effective collaboration.
Lara is interested in where collaboration stalls, how friction arises, and what conditions are needed for teams to truly work together. Her analytical eye helps her in this, as does her keen attention to language, dynamics, and implicit expectations. Her goal is not to eliminate chaos, but to make it understandable and readable.
Outside of work, Lara also seeks resonance and interaction as a singer in a jazz ensemble and co-creator of local cultural projects. Listening, timing, and sensitivity are also key elements in her music, as is the courage to strike new notes. Lara brings these experiences to her work with teams and organizations.
