People & Culture BarCamp

The People and Culture BarCamp Leipzig is entering its sixth round. In the new round we will be a lot bigger! Around 100 people will get into conversation over two full days.

Transformation Barcamp

Come to the Transformation BarCamp Leipzig and bring your topic! Everything will revolve around the topic of transformation and change. We want to explore the topic of "Designing transformations that work for everyone" with you. This will all take place at this year's MACHN Festival.

Queer@Work

Our Queer@Work online course aims to create a comprehensive understanding and awareness of LGBTIQ+ issues in the workplace.

Umeetings

We are seeing how the role of meetings is dramatically underestimated. After all, this is where decisions are made and changes are negotiated. Meetings can be the space for collective learning, for reflection and feedback, for understanding the need for change, for organizing collaboration that works. In the Umeetings® course, we teach the skills needed to lead productive meetings.
