How systemic work created real change.
EnviaM is a leading regional energy provider in eastern Germany, operating across 20 locations with nearly 4,000 employees and serving 1.2 million customers.
When the “Culture Team” at EnviaM approached Punkt Punkt Punkt, they were facing a simple yet profound question: What is our real purpose?
The team wanted to rediscover the meaning behind their cultural work and align it with EnviaM’s strategic direction.
Over the past years, the Culture Team has achieved remarkable results. They had worked on a clearly defined topic, found their rhythm as a team, and established focus areas for the organization.
In 2024, however, the team’s composition changed. While their passion for culture remained, a new phase began: redefining their purpose, setting SMART goals for 2025, and navigating their new team structure.
They needed clarity about roles based on strengths and a shared understanding of how culture connects with order and strategy. The challenge was to bridge these interfaces and shape a clear stance toward the organization’s future.
Together with Sandra Schnabel-Perales from Punkt Punkt Punkt, the Culture Team engaged in a four-month systemic coaching journey combining both online and offline formats.
Systemic interventions such as the “Life Flow” method allowed the team to reflect on past experiences and open up to new perspectives.
Collaborative workshops were conducted using Mural and Howspace, enabling synchronous and asynchronous teamwork between sessions.
This blended approach created a space for dialogue, self-reflection, and reconnection with the team’s shared purpose.
The breakthrough came when the team formulated a new shared purpose:
“We drive cultural evolution.”
This statement became their compass, reflecting a renewed sense of confidence and understanding of their collective role in driving organizational development.
After four months, the Culture Team emerged with:
The process not only clarified goals and responsibilities but also reignited the team’s motivation and collective energy for 2025.
The EnviaM Culture Team shows that development isn’t always about creating more strategies, but about rediscovering meaning, the glue that binds collaboration and purpose.
With their renewed clarity and energy, they’re now organizing their work in agile sprints, aligning roles, and maintaining focus through their shared purpose.
