Non-violent communication (NVC) is fascinating for many people who come into contact with it for the first time. The effect of this type of communication on the quality of conversation and the bond that develops between people is impressive.
This fascination accompanies us and drives us to use NVC in various contexts such as change management, team coaching and coaching to enable a transformation of culture and communication.
At the beginning of 2018, we offered a seminar on non-violent communication in an organizational context for the first time, initially out of curiosity and the desire to pass on knowledge and experiment. However, the seminar became a regular offering thanks to the positive feedback from participants.
Non-violent communication (NVC) is widely used in the private sphere and is appreciated by many people. In the meantime, NVC has also arrived in the corporate world. GfK not only promotes the ability of individuals to communicate effectively, but also the development of teams. This has a direct positive impact on cooperation within and between teams and strengthens performance through improved cooperation and conflict competence.
Our goal is to help people and organizations overcome dysfunctional communication patterns and establish unifying and effective communication. We are convinced that this leads to better collaboration, a positive working environment and ultimately more success and satisfaction for everyone involved.
We embed non-violent communication (NVC) both linguistically and conceptually in the organizational context. Our aim is to sensitize people to dysfunctional communication and to develop the ability to communicate in a unifying way.
We make clear how clarity in communication contributes to clarification and effectiveness.
We go beyond theoretical concepts and actively work on real cases. This promotes responsiveness, quick-wittedness, conflict avoidance and clarification.

In this seminar, participants will learn important basics of non-violent communication, including the inner attitude, basic concepts and proven methods. Using typical communication cases from everyday working life, dialogs experienced by other participants and their own experiences, the transfer to their own everyday life is facilitated. The seminar focuses on the topics of needs and feelings, the distinction between observation and evaluation, inner dialog, negotiations and group decisions as well as practical applications such as preparing for difficult conversations, expressing feedback and criticism and conflict resolution in a team.
A training in presence. Participants develop a deep understanding of how an (internal) dialog slides into dysfunctionality. Also, how this (inner) dialog can be shaped in a way that creates connection. Participants learn how to use their feelings and needs as an anchor for their communication in a work context. And thus reduce the potential for conflict, communicate effectively and save time.
Content and focus as in open training. The special feature: Participants gain a common language. This makes the effect more sustainable.
